Intermediate "require vehic page not working - common causes

If the "intermediate" require vehicle setting is not working for a product make sure to check these things

1 - has the user already selected a vehicle?
2 - is the product marked as universal?
3 - is the product assigned to at least one magento category? It must be categorized.
4 - have you added vehicles to that product?
5 - did you turn on the setting in config.ini ?
