Is VAF still an active product?

I can't help but notice that there haven't been any updates to the Vaf software since April. (http://www.vehiclefits.com/changelog.php)

Also, it seems like the automotive database + the bug tracker is also down.

Is this product still being actively developed?

Wow its embarrassing to be asked that. Yes we apologize our database passwords had to be reset at a global level and I had to manually fix all the websites that I host. This was a totally unexpected security measure that had to be taken, and because of that some applications like the forums & bug tracker experienced issues although the main website & contact forms, and toll free # were available 24/7.

Yes it is still under development. We are planning a new release soon that will add support for Magento store codes in the URL, and have also updated our Enterprise license to allow up to 10 domains (old customers may write us to be transferred over to the new license). Also with the new versions I'm going to try to make sure that upgrades are easier to run, which is part of the problem... right now we release upgrades less often because Magento connect is just not powerful enough for our needs. In the new version we hope to have a more streamlined updates system allowing us to get the updates out more frequently.

Also in light situation of this I will make a new policy, if we fail to deliver at least 1 new version within 6 months of your purchase we will extend your subscription by a year if you notify us.
